/ events

Events that fill the room, and pay for themselves.

Conferences, golf outings, galas, retreats and board dinners. We plan the program and promote it, so the people you invited actually show up and the sponsors want to come back next year.

Planning and promotion, one team.

Most event planners hand the marketing to someone else, and most marketing agencies have never run a registration desk. That gap is where half-full rooms, last-minute scrambles and sponsors who don’t renew come from. We do both, so nothing falls between two vendors.

01

Marketing built into the plan

Registration timelines, sponsor deadlines and the email calendar are mapped before the venue is booked, not bolted on six weeks out.

02

Net revenue over gross

Every line in the budget gets the same question: does this increase what your organization keeps?

03

Follow-through, not follow-up

Thank-yous, sponsor recaps, attendee lists and the lessons for next year are part of the job, not an afterthought.

What we plan

Case study

Chicagoland Risk Forum

We run the Chicago RIMS chapter’s events year-round, including its two flagships. The Chicagoland Risk Forum is a full-day conference for corporate risk managers and the insurance industry, with a venue buyout, a keynote, breakout sessions, a sponsor floor and a rooftop happy hour. The golf outing that opens Chicago Risk Week sells out every year at 200 golfers.

496 registrations

for the 11th annual Forum in September 2026.

200 golfers

at a full course buyout, sold out every year.

One team

for the program, sponsors, registration, signage, vendors and the day itself.
